My name is Suzzy and I sculpt little charms to make you feel warm and fuzzy. I started working with clay three years ago and never lived a day without it.
My time spent with handmade things stretches a long way back since I was little. I have vivid memories of the 5-year-old me staring into the closet and picking out old clothes, trying to cut them up and repiece them into new exciting pieces.
Not having any idea of what I was doing, I became an avid lover of DIY. 22 years later I've gotten better at knowing what I want to make, especially with polymer clay. Now I turn clay blocks into colorful and lightweight charms to capture little moments of warmth and joy :)
Each piece is made by hand in Brooklyn. There are no factories, no assembly lines, and not even machines other than a manual pasta machine I use to roll clay sheets. There is just me, my supporting husband Brian, and my cat Jenny who always stretches out next to me while I'm making stuff.
I'm so grateful you've discovered my little corner of the internet and thank you for stopping by and supporting us!
I'd love to take you through my creative process and I always share it in my stories on Instagram. If you'd like to see more behind the scenes content please follow me on Instagram @warmclayco
I also post some cute cat photos occasionally :)
